Late Weekly Payment: $10.00 per child, per day will be applied to $145 weekly fee, if payment is made after Tuesday, prior to the week of attendance.

Transfer Fee/Refund Fee: In the case of a schedule conflict or inability to attend a paid for week a refund or week transfer will be issued to the participant. Prior to the Tuesday registration deadline of the upcoming week a 100% refund of the fees will be returned or transferred. After the registration deadline for the upcoming week 90% of the weekly fee paid will be refund or transferred. After the start of the week 75% of the paid week fees will be refund or transferred.

Late Pick up Fee: $1 per child per minute after 6:05, daily, to be paid at pick up. If guardians have not arrived by 6:45 and no contact has been made, the Lee's Summit Police Department will be notified and further action will be taken.
