Alcohol is allowed at this park with Permit Only. City Ordinance Chp. 19-84. You MUST purchase a permit at City Hall, 220 SE Green, LSMO 64063 more than 5 business days before rental.

Bounce House is allowed with a permit at this park. Please see Bounce House below for guidelines.

Park & Shelter Rules:
The following activities are NOT allowed in the parks for your safety and to protect your parks.
1. DAMAGE of park property. City Ordinance Chp. 17-85
2. USE of parks from 11:00pm until 5:00am. City Ordinance Chp. 19-81
3. COURT PLAY over one hour when others are waiting.
4. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. City Ordinance Chp. 19-84
5. Motorized VEHICLES on park grounds. City Ordinance Chp. 19-82
6. SKATES, BICYCLES or SKATEBOARDS on (standard) sidewalks, parking lots or court areas. City Ordinance Chp. 29-11
7. LITTERING. City Ordinance Chp. 17-89
8. The use of all Tobacco products is prohibited in parks and facilities maintained, owned, and/or operated by the Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation Department
9. The operation of radio-controlled motorized aircraft in a park within LSPR jurisdiction is not permitted without prior approval from the Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation Department.

Bounce House:
1. Bounce houses are only allowed at the following parks: Osage Trails.
2. A shelter reservation is required for LSPR to allow usage of a bounce house.
3. Bounce houses must be rented through a company that has obtained a City Of Lee's Summit business license.
4. In advance of the facility rental, the patron is required to pay a $25.00 fee. Permit may be purchased at City Hall, 220 SE Green.
5. Bounce house users are responsible for providing a generator for inflation of the bounce house and must supervise use. Electrical outlets at the shelters shall not be used.
6. Bounce houses may not be used over sidewalks, playgrounds, in shelters or on parking lots or otherwise positioned to interfere with other activities or enjoyment of the park by others.
7. Personal/private inflatable bounce structures are prohibited.

Prohibitions
1. Personal waterslides and pools are prohibited in all parks.
2. Petting zoos are prohibited in all parks.
3. Animal rides of any type are prohibited in all parks
4. Amusement and mechanical devises are prohibited in all parks
